WHY A PASSOVER OFFERING?
Activate "by faith" the Passover blessings for your life. God could have created us under His control. As robots, making us do whatever He wanted. Instead He created us with our own free will, I Thessalonians 5:23 "May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." The soul of mankind is comprised of the mind, the will, emotions, imagination, and intellect. We are spirit beings who posses a soul and live in a body. God doesn't even control the ministry giftings He's afforded us.
Let us examine the prophetic utterance as an example of God not being a controller. Here are several versions of 1 Corinthians 14:32, Phillips Modern English edition says it this way, "..the spirit of a true preacher is under the preacher's control." Today's English version reads "..the gift of speaking God's message should be under the speaker's control." The New International version reads it like this, "..the spirit of prophets are subject to the control of prophets." The King James version says it like this, "..and the spirit of the prophets are subject to the prophet." God does not control the prophetic utterance, it is controlled by the prophet himself. If a prophet disregards a pastor's instruction to end the prophecy, claiming the uncontrollable prophecy cannot be stopped, the prophet is being controlled by another spirit other than the spirit of God. God isn't a controller. If He was going to control anyone He would have chosen Adam and Eve to obediance. He would have chosen them to obey Him completely. Thus, the fall would have never happened.
With that being said, please know that the Passover offering like all other giving to the Prayer Circle ministry is OPTIONAL. We are not trying to control your giving to this ministry. My burden this week was for the Prayer Circle to gain revelation knowledge concerning the Feast or God's appointed days, specifically the Passover Feast. Ephesians 1:17, "I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better."
Here are the Seven Passover Promises found in Exodus 23 and verses:
v. 20 - God will assign an angel to you.
v. 22 - God will be an enemy to your enemy.
v. 25 - God wll give you prosperity.
v. 25 - God will take sickness away from you.
v. 26 - God will give you a long life.
v. 29 - God will give a special year of blessing.
v. 30 - God will bring increase and inheritance.
By the Israelites obeying the Passover they received the promised blessing. Not only can the Prayer Circle expect to receive the promises for observing the Passover Feast, but many have already been experiencing clear dreams and visions. Instructions, inspirations, and information through these dreams has added to their spirituality. God has increased us in Him, it has been amazing for us to hear the testamonies about the Passover blessings.
