Bishop Alvernis L. Johnson has been in ministry for over 25 years, and is the founder and president of ALJ Ministries, Incorporated, a kingdom-advancing, life-changing ministry dedicated to changing lives through the uncompromised Word of God. He is dedicated to raising up a Joshua Generation-people refusing to be defeated! Bishop Johnson has ministered to thousands across the United States, as well as Bermuda, the Bahamas, Africa and Canada. He has appeared on a weekly television show and can be heard daily “Announcing the Kingdom” on a radio broadcast. With both a humorous style and an energetic anointing, he is able to communicate God’s message of power and deliverance providing Prophetic insight for the 21st century church. He is the Pastor of Kingdom Life Ministries International (KLM), in Saginaw and Flint, Michigan, one church, two locations. In addition, he oversees churches in Illinois, Ohio, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan as well as Canada. The Lord prompted Bishop Johnson to sacrifice his former church building, and convert it into a prayer center called the Threshing Floor. Through KLM, God is preparing a place for His remnant, thus using Bishop Johnson mightily to prepare the hearts of His people to meet Him.
